My degree work Solid Company consisted of four graphic montages in a wall-mounted installation with short format texts to be read on site. The texts explore in different ways human relationships that are simultaneously personal and commercial. Two slightly longer texts revolved around a family that lives much of its life on television, thereby allowing its conflicts and problems to become visible to the outside world. The tone and form of the texts move between prose, columns, and online writing. Images of objects made in bronze, ceramic, and found materials were incorporated alongside the texts, creating the visual impression of a magazine.
